VOLUNTEER FOR CAMP BRAVE HEARTS
Thank you for your interest in volunteering for Camp Brave Hearts, an in-hospital program that brings a simulated camp experience to children in local hospitals that are unable to leave the hospital.
Our amazing volunteers are essential in making our programs happen. This camp is held Monday – Thursday, with two volunteer shifts available per day: AM shift (9:45am – 12pm) and PM shift (12:45pm – 3:30pm). So whether you have only half a day to give or the full week, you can still be a part of creating moments of joy and laughter for these children and their families in an otherwise challenging and stressful time. Below you will find the requirements to volunteer:
- At least 20 years of age
- Passing of a criminal background check
- Able to provide proof of current season’s flu vaccination
- Able to participate in a 15 minute phone interview with a member of our staff
